Kris dwells just below the foothills in northern Colorado, with her sweetheart, two dogs, and two mischievous cats. She grew up in rural Michigan surrounded by animals, and when she wasn’t cavorting with them, she spent most of her childhood reading adventure books or drawing animated characters she saw on TV. She’s still very fond of cartoon wolves both in theory and in execution.
Occasionally Kris participates in comics and art anthologies, both digital and print. In the past she individually and collaboratively contributed writing and performance to Brine Weekly, a short-form humor podcast. Kris is also the horned half of Goat & Mouse, a loose umbrella for collaborative works with her spouse.
When she’s not drawing a bunch of stupid animals, her day job is in an office, playing tricks on computers.
