I think some of my gentle readers may not realize exactly how tiny the artist trading cards are. So here is a photograph to assist you:
The images as they appear on your screen are actual size, basically. Painting in acrylics at this size is a challenge.
They are adorable challenges, though! I like them. I still have a watercolor duck an old boyfriend painted for me on a card not much bigger than that. Tiny paintings are rad.
I still have the trading cards you sent me and while they are not acrylic, they are still fabulous little things! I'm somewhat disappointed by the distinct lack of nudity in these cards, but they are lovely cards all the same.
Am I correct in supposing that the platypus is intended for one Adrian Choy?
