Art - Into Darker Places

8" x 10" scratchboard. Dalton is creeping about in secret places.

This was my first time really messing around with scratchboard since I was a child. I have a newsflash for you: this stuff is a blast and anyone who tells you otherwise is full of lies. All you really need to handle the stuff properly is a regular old X-acto knife and some good sense.

Print for sale here.

Art - Bubblin'/Bobblin'

bubbob-canvas.jpg

16" x 20" acrylic painting on canvas. Yeah, another Bubble Bobble piece. I made this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day.

This was the best photo I could get of it. I'm sorry.

DID YOU KNOW: Similar to sex, Bubble Bobble is an activity that a dude can do with a lady. If a dude plays Bubble Bobble with another dude, it may be considered gay, or at least bi-curious. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It is just the facts!

Sorry I've been a bit quiet. I've been working on some secret projects. Maybe I'll have something interesting to post soon, but for now, you ought to look at some more Polaroids.

Fig. A: I drive a bright red Toyota Yaris. My car is fantastic and I eagerly await your compliments with regards to my automobile.

Fig. B: My boyfriend is pretty good at Rock Band.

While the rest of the planet was busy watching football today, I was buying used books and comics. Yeah, I rock that much.

I brought the camera along for the ride just so I would have something to post for your entertainment today, gentle reader. Prepare to be entertained. Are you prepared?

You better be, because here's my boyfriend, driving us to breakfast in the rickety old Chevrolet.

And the dashboard of my Toyota, complete with a bobblehead bull terrier.

I love the fact that all Polaroids look like they were taken twenty-five years ago, regardless of when they were actually taken.
